Writing minutes of meeting can be a real chore. But minutes are important because they capture the main issues during a meeting and provide a brief for absent members. Therefore, any one who is required to write minutes should know the basic elements and approach of putting together a reliable and accurate record.

Mrs Wong received her Masters of Arts (TESOL) from University of London, UK and Masters of Arts (ENGLISH) from University of Waikato, New Zealand.
