Synopsis

This one day programme will allow participants to learn the tools and techniques for effective performance management. It will address common areas of concerns that are usually faced by managers and how an employee's behaviour can be effectively managed through review, feedback and counselling.

Ms Tiffany Lim is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with over 25 years of broad-based experience in human resources/industrial relations management and training & development with various multinational and local companies. She possesses a Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a Diploma in Personnel Management. She has also attained the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), accredited by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
