Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are vital signs of a company's performance. They help to measure the company's progeress towards acheiving its business goals. In the past, KPIs were commonly used in measuring the progress and success of business activities and strategies. However, in recent years, more and more organisations have incorporated KPIs into staff performance management system to enable their staff to give their best towards the success of the organisation.

Ms Tiffany Lim is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with over 25 years of broad-based experience in human resources/industrial relations management and training & development with various multinational and local companies. She possesses a Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a Diploma in Personnel Management. She has also attained the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), accredited by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
