Synopsis

This one day programme will enable participants to be more effective in written communications. Participants will learn how to write appropriately for different business correspondence formats, such as email, memorandum, circulars, facsimile and standard letters. It will cover basic writing skills as well as appropriate use of English for clarity in facts presented and for better understanding by their readers.
