If cancellation is received in writing less than 7 days, a 50% admin fee will be charged. If cancellation is received in writing less than 3 working days, full will be charged. Full fees
will still be imposed if participant does not attend the program. Universal Stage Pte Ltd deserves the right to cancel, modify or postpone the course.
