Synopsis
Successful business relationships rely more than ever on personal contact. Image, courtesy, politeness, and etiquettes are
neccessary in all our business and personal relationships. All of these in a nutshell, will affect how people react to you and
these first impressions are often made instantly. Thus, it is important to ensure that the image an individual is trying to portray,
sends appropriate messages to their clients and influence how they feel about themselves. Having a good image will enable
employees to feel confident in the way they present themselves visually. This seminar will enable the participants to learn and
use the social skills to transact business with thoughtful consideration and professionalism.
